Understanding Mental Wellbeing in the Workplace
With an increase in poor mental health it is important that individuals understand their own mental health and how common mental health concerns can be identified in themselves and others; with strategies to reduce the risk. This qualification will give learners personal growth and engagement in learning.
QNUK Level 3 Mental Health at Work
Supporting Individuals During a Mental Health Crisis at Work
This unit develops knowledge and understanding of mental health conditions and how to support individuals affected by such conditions. Learners will know how to recognize causes and impact of common health conditions and how to support individuals.
This course is held online monthly.
FAA LEVEL 3 AWARD IN SUPERVISING FIRST AID FOR MENTAL HEALTH
First Aid For Mental Health
This 2-Day course goes into detail on a wide range of mental health conditions and the support and help provided by healthcare professionals. It covers the content of both the Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications but is aimed at Trainer/ Assessors and/or supervisor level within the workplace.
FAA LEVEL 2 AWARD IN FIRST AID FOR YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH
First Aid for Youth Mental Health
This Award in First Aid for Youth Mental Health qualification is suitable for anyone who actively connects with children such as parents, carers, teachers, youth group leaders and young adults. The qualification has been designed with children and young people in mind covering areas such as depression, self-harm, eating disorders and bullying and will provide the knowledge and skills to identify a potential mental health condition, start a conversation, and provide support and guidance to professional help.
Managing Mental health in the workplace for managers
This course will show you and your team to understand the moral, financial and legal rationale for supporting wellbeing in the workplace and understand the relationship between mental wellbeing and the workplace. Looking at different ways to engage in a mental health conversation with employees and how it links to performance.
